missINFORMED is pleased to announce the launch of our #IGOTVACCINATED resource portal. The #IGOTVACCINATED resource portal is a digital tool that hosts trauma-informed and scientifically-backed COVID-19 vaccine information resources. The multilingual portal aims to reach underserved groups who experience health and social inequities and those who have been disproportionately impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.

The platform includes resources in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese (Traditional and Simplified), Italian, Polish, Hindi, Farsi, Punjabi, Gujurati, Tamil and Urdu. The portal will make it easier for those living in Ontario to:

  • Find accurate, trauma-informed and scientifically-backed answers to questions about COVID-19 vaccine,
  • Initiate an information ripple effect against COVID-19 vaccine misinformation and hesitancy amongst their family and friends, and
  • Book a local appointment for their COVID-19 vaccine inoculation.

In partnership with Science for Everyone, missINFORMED designed the portal to make it easy and convenient for Canadians to find the answers to their COVID-19 vaccine questions. The portal is a part of missINFORMED’s #IGOTVACCINATED campaign. The #IGOTVACCINATED campaign is funded by the Public Health Agency of Canada’s Vaccine Community Innovation Challenge (VCIC).

The portal aligns with missINFORMED’s goal to promote accurate and accessible health information to young Canadian women and gender-diverse folks.
